Your data
Short version: the only data collected is what you submit in the project brief, it's used to reply to you, and it's never sold or used for marketing.

Who this is
This site is run by Antonis Zois, trading as azKigo, based in Nürnberg, Germany. For anything in this policy — questions, corrections, requests — write to antonis.zois@outlook.com.
What's collected
Only what you enter into the project brief: your name, email, and optionally phone number and company, plus whatever you write about your project — goal, budget, timeline, and so on.
Your IP address is used briefly to stop spam submissions (a simple rate limit) and isn't stored beyond that — it's held in memory for a few minutes, never written to disk.
Why
To read your brief, work out roughly what it involves, and reply with a quote or questions. That's it — there's no newsletter, no marketing list, and submitting a brief doesn't sign you up for anything beyond a reply about your project.
Where it goes
Submissions are stored to reply to and to keep a record of enquiries, and are kept for as long as that's useful — indefinitely for closed projects, unless you ask for deletion sooner.
Two services see it as part of running the site:
- →Resend — sends the notification email when a brief comes in.
- →Vercel — hosts the site and processes requests to serve it to you.
Neither sees your data for any purpose beyond that.
Cookies & analytics
None right now. If analytics are added later it'll be a cookieless, aggregate tool (no individual tracking, no consent banner needed) — this page will be updated first.
Your rights
Under GDPR, you can ask to:
- →see what's held about you
- →correct anything that's wrong
- →have it deleted
- →get a copy in a portable format
- →object to how it's used
Email antonis.zois@outlook.com for any of these. You can also complain to your local data protection authority — in Germany, the Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht (Nürnberg falls under Bavaria).
